Registration Schedule for Continuing Students (both Ph.D and 2nd & 4th Semesters of the Masters programmes) for Winter Semester 2022-2023 

 

After the winter break, the University will reopen on the 11th of January 2023 for the academic session 2022-2023.

 

Registration* schedule for the successful Continuing students of both Ph.D and the Masters programmes (2nd & 4th semesters) will be as follows:

All students who want to repeat/improve their grades should also register (by filling up in the course card) as per the above schedule.

As per the decision of the SAU Bye Laws, all students shall pay all dues by the deadline announced by the University at the beginning of every semester. Under extenuating circumstances, the University may allow students to pay tuition fees in installments. Those students who do not pay their fees by the notified dates will not be allowed to sit for the end-semester examination.

*Those students who are offered any scholarship or freeship will be required to pay only Student Aid Fund, which is INR 50.

 

For those students who wish to pay in installment due to financial condition, registration with installments for Monsoon semester are as follows:

 

Option 1: (In two equal installments)

Since the Registration of this semester will be online for all students, students can fill the Registration Form and Course card that will be uploaded on website and pay their fees online.

 

Registration Form & Course Card can be downloaded from the University website. The students can download the Course Card, fill it up and submit it to the respective Faculty/Department.

 

After filling the required information in the Registration Form and signing on it and on having paid the fee and the Student Aid Fund online, students are to mail the filled-in Registration forms with the Fee receipt to the Examination Office at the following email id:  This email address is being protected from spambots. Generally, no Registration of students will be permitted after the 23rd of January 2023. However in exceptional circumstances, registration may be allowed after paying late fee at the rate of US $10 or INR 750 per week in accordance to the Byelaws of the University.

 

The above notification has the approval of the competent authority.
